Hurricanes Beryl (2024), Floyd (1999), and Rita (2005) were notable storms from their respective seasons. Will the 2025 season produce one like these three storms? We are about to find out with the beginning of the season a little over a week away.

There are only two weeks left in the 2025 Atlantic Hurricane Season. This year, we’ve had:

- 13 Named Storms
- 5 Hurricanes
- 4 Major Hurricanes
- 3 Category 5 Hurricanes
- 1 sub-900 mbar monster
- And 132.5 total ACE units

A strange cyclonic synopsis to say the least.

THIS IS GONNA STING!!!
🥶Cold air advection is charging in today. Enjoy the mild start because temperatures will be freefallin’ this afternoon as big winds kick up. Expect a 10–20° drop by this evening.

🌞Mild pattern returns later next week, but until then, the chill is here…
