With increasing insurance costs and property risks as well as more frequent and powerful hurricanes, many communities along the U.S. coastline from Maine to Texas are vulnerable. These are the Top 10 most vulnerable cities/towns to a hurricane in the United States according to risk assessment data from FEMA.
