Here is the second installment of storm footage video from Sandy Hook yesterday. Waves pushed against the shore from the Southeast as a persistent flow of wind buffeted the beach. This footage was taken about an hour or two before high tide. At the time the footage was taken, Hurricane Earl was hundreds of miles to the south, and heading toward the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
