Here is some storm footage of the weather conditions in South Plainfield on the second Friday of January 2014. On this day, there was a mixed bag of precipitation as temperatures gradually warmed up during the day. The precip began to fall as snow flurries and light snow. Then, after a brief lull, the sleet began to come down in earnest. Temperatures did remain steady at 34 degrees for most of the afternoon as there was a changeover to rain.
