Here is storm footage taken from a couple locations around Central Jersey on the second Sunday of December 2013. On this day, the first snow fell across many parts of the Garden State. Most of Central Jersey received about an inch or two of the white stuff while places in South Jersey and Philadelphia received anywhere from 5 to 10 inches.
