Here is storm footage taken of the second snowfall of the season in Central Jersey on the second Tuesday in December 2013. On this day, anywhere from 2 to 4 inches of snow fell across much of the Garden State. Depending on where you were, this was the heaviest snowfall to date in the young season. It was also the third storm in five days to move through New Jersey.
