Here is a slideshow of photos taken of a thunderstorm that moved through Middlesex and Monmouth counties on August 15, 2012. Photos were taken at 11 different locations over three counties in Central Jersey. The storm formed over Plainfield, New Jersey and brought 0.90 inches of rain to nearby South Plainfield. It was the second highest daily rainfall this month at GWC. The storm also brought torrential rains to Keyport, Hazlet, Union Beach, Keansburg, Middletown, Highlands, and Atlantic Highlands.
