Here is video footage of a snowstorm that occurred on Saturday, February 21, 2015. The snow developed during the course of the morning in Northern Middlesex County, and started out as a wet snow that only accumulated on grassy surfaces. However, as the day progressed, and the temperatures fell, the snow began to accumulate on the pavement. When it was all said and done, snowfall amounts ended up only being between 2.5 and 4.0 inches in Middlesex County including 3 at GWC in South Plainfield. However, areas to the south such as Neptune in Monmouth County (6.0 inches), Princeton (6.0 inches) in Mercer County, Bordentown in Burlington County (6.6 inches) and Haddon Heights in Camden County (6.5 inches) received over 6 inches. The weather still created havoc by postponing several Greater Middlesex Conference Tournament Girls Quarterfinals at New Brunswick High School.
